Who controls the data

Soundtrack.Today is operated by Artsiom Matsveyeu in California, United States. Privacy requests can be sent to support@soundtrack.today.

What we collect

• Checkout information such as email, name, billing country, purchased track, amount, currency and Stripe session identifiers.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, requested pages and server security logs.
• Site state stored in cookies or local storage, including an anonymous signed visitor identifier and interface preferences.
• Messages and files you deliberately send through support or the private studio.

We do not receive or store complete card numbers. Stripe handles payment credentials.

Why we use it

• Process purchases, confirm licenses and deliver files.
• Provide support, receipts and transaction records.
• Keep the service secure, prevent fraud and diagnose failures.
• Comply with tax, accounting, legal and rights-management obligations.
• Understand aggregate site performance without selling personal data.

Processors and disclosure

We share only what is necessary with service providers that operate the site and payments, including Stripe and our hosting infrastructure. We may disclose information when required by law, to investigate fraud or to protect users, artists and the service.

We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Cookies

The site may use a signed anonymous cookie for persistent site state and security. Stripe and payment methods such as Link may set their own necessary cookies on the hosted checkout. You can block optional browser storage, but parts of the experience may reset or stop working.

Retention and security

Transaction and license records are retained as needed for delivery, accounting, disputes and legal compliance. Security logs are kept only as long as reasonably useful. We use access controls, HTTPS and restricted storage, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal data, and may object to or restrict certain processing. We may retain information required for tax, fraud prevention, licenses and legal claims. We will verify requests before acting.

International users and children

Data may be processed in the United States and other locations used by our providers. The site and licenses are not directed to children under 16. Do not submit personal information if you are under 16.
