Editorial Project License v2

Soundtrack.Today Editorial Project License v2. The rights holder grants the named buyer a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide online license to synchronize the delivered recording in one named video, film, short-form post, podcast episode, or livestream event made for the buyer's own editorial, educational, or entertainment channels. Technical versions of that same project, including aspect-ratio changes, captions, trimming, fades, loops, and speech balancing, are included. Ordinary platform revenue-share monetization is allowed. The license does not cover paid distribution or boosted posts, advertising, sponsorships, gifted brand integrations, product promotion, political campaigns, client or brand delivery, broadcast television or radio, standalone web radio, public-space playback, or a second creative project. Those uses require a separately quoted campaign license. The license covers exactly the delivered file identified by its SHA-256 fingerprint. The buyer may not resell or redistribute the raw recording, claim ownership, submit it to a content identification system, or use it for model training, cloning, or style transfer. The one-time fee carries no recurring music royalties for the licensed project.
